E-Book Review: Izzy the Whiz and Passover McClean by Yael Mermelstein, illustrated by Carrie Hartman

*****This review is meant for parents, teachers, and other people that work with children to read.*****

In Izzy the Whiz and Passover McClean children will learn about Izzy inventing Passover McClean, a machine that cleans for Passover. His room is filled with items big and small, some of which just need to be cleaned and some that are not allowed for Passover. He will need to invent more than just a vacuum cleaner; it will need to be more like a cleaning machine. When his mom is sleeping his imagination takes over and he creates a cleaning machine like no other.

This book seems like it would be a fun educational tool for some elements of Passover to be taught to children ages three to eight. It adds elements of responsibility for teaching children about cleaning up their rooms, also. Children will most likely have fun learning about what kind of cleaning machine Izzy will come up with to complete the impossible-looking task of cleaning before Passover.
